How to Place a Hold in the RPL Online Catalog

There are two copies of this
book at the library. One is available, the
other is checked out and shows the due
date. You cannot place holds on items that
are available. That is why you don't see a
Place Hold button next to that copy. The
checked out copy shows the due date and, when
you click the Place Hold button, you'll be
prompted to log
into your library account.
Enter your last name, library barcode (22100...) and your PIN. If you don’t yet have a PIN, skip this box and click the ‘Submit’ button. You will be prompted to create a PIN. If you've forgotten your PIN, call us at 603-332-1428 for assistance.
Once logged in, you will see a screen like the one below when your hold is successful, and where to pick up the item. This may be the Main Desk, or the Children's desk.
You’ll be contacted when your item is ready for you to pick up.
