The Rochester Public Library is pleased to announce an exhibit of paintings by renowned local artist, author, and librarian, Kathy Mallat.  Kathy’s exhibit features 17 pieces worked in mixed media featuring a wide array of subjects, many inspired by friends.  Kathy’s work is available for purchase.

Kathy, a resident of Lebanon, Maine, is an award winning author and illustrator of several children’s books, including “Mama Love” and “Brave Bear”.

When not teaching art or working at the Rochester Public Library, Kathy is in her studio creating new pieces.  Her exhibit will be displayed at the Library through the end of February.
