November 2011 Art Exhibit
by Bruce Bacon

Bruce Bacon Art Exhibit at the Rochester Public Library
The Rochester Public Library is pleased to present an exhibit of work by well-known local artist, Bruce Bacon.  Bruce has studied art throughout his life while simultaneously being employed in a variety of careers ranging from medical technologist to science teacher to maritime captain.  Bruce says, “Through it all, for over six decades I’ve not strayed far from the easel.”  Many of the paintings in the Library’s exhibit are for sale, and Bruce has pledged that a percentage of the proceeds will be donated to Gerry’s Food Pantry “right here in my home city”.

Bruce’s work is located on the first floor of the Library and will be on exhibit through the months of November and December.
