Jennifer Bird
Mixed Media Madness
Through September 28th 2013

Rochester resident, Jennifer Bird, shows her love of recycling with a selection of mixed media art and jewelry. Originally from California Jennifer has been living in New Hampshire since 1989. She brings her wacky perspective and love of trash to life with her summer show at the Rochester Public Library.

Jennifer has been making jewelry from recycled materials for twenty years and has recently branched out into making decorative art.

She believes in reusing as much as possible in her art. She gathers her supplies from the free bin at Rochester Public library, thrift stores and trash found on the side of the road. She likes to see the potential in what is considered no longer necessary.

Her jewelry can found locally at Lucy's Art Emporium in Downtown Dover or online at http://www.etsy.com/shop/BoutiqueTrashique.  Jennifers creative work will be on exhibit at the Rochester Public Library through the end of August.
