Our Reference Librarians are available to answer your questions online.  Please fill out this form in as much detail as possible. Some things to make note of: 1-  If your question pertains to library hours, placing a hold, renewing your books or library programming, please call 603-332-1428.  If your question pertains to Children’s Services, please call 603-335-7549. 2-  We will usually be able to respond to your e-mail question within 48 hours or two business days. 3-  If you do not get a response to your question within three business days please resubmit the question as there may have been a technical error. 4-  We regret that we cannot answer complex questions via e-mail, but you may telephone us at 603-335-7550, or visit the Reference Desk in person. Attention Genealogists: The Rochester Public Library charges a $20.00 non-refundable fee for historical and genealogical research, including obituaries, provided to non-RPL card holders.
