Matt writes: Hi, I’m Matt, a self-taught photographer out of New Hampshire with a deep love for the outdoors, a camera always within reach, and a soft spot for dad jokes (my kids insist it’s a problem, but I consider it a gift).

My journey into photography started at the prestigious halls of YouTube University, majoring in “trial and error” with a minor in “why didn’t that work?” Over time, I’ve continued to learn, experiment, and find inspiration in the work of other photographers such as Mark Denney and Austin Jackson, who’ve shaped the way I see the world.

I primarily work with Nikon and a handful of lenses, chasing the beauty of nature, landscapes, and those fleeting, unexpected moments that often go unnoticed. Recently, I’ve stepped into street photography as a way to challenge myself and expand my creative perspective.

At the heart of it, my photography is about slowing down, noticing beauty in the everyday, and sharing the adventure with others. Also—full disclosure—I unapologetically love hot dogs. My family still hasn’t figured it out, but I’ve accepted it.

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look at my work. My hope is that these images bring you the same sense of wonder, joy, or peace that I feel when I’m behind the lens.
